From: Operational Commander Hanover Sector
Comrade Gerneral I must inform you of our failed operation in the Hanover sector. The commander of the probing attack in the Northern outskirts of the city has not answered repeated attempts to establish radio communications, we must assume that the attack was a failure and that the entire force has been destroyed.
I’ve requested a reconn sortie from our Comrades in the Air Force, but it has been denied because of increased enemy ground to air activity.
I am assembling our forces in order to launch another attack into the area. Requesting any air support that can be diverted into the area.

Neddless to say my first Team Yankee game did not turn out the way that I had hoped. Steve was a great opponent and it was a great game .

Thanks for the write up, Troy! You were a valiant opponent and your troops accounted well for themselves in the face of overwhelming British firepower. Our next encounter can very well turn out completely different, my troopers will have to remain vigilant and alert!

Why are there no linked victory reports for so many of this “NATO” victory reported by WARSAWPAC?

Don’t know about MareNostrum but we can clearly say HanoverNostrum over at NATO HQ thanks to your valiant efforts!
Reconsider your list if you have more T72s or other toys. You fielded 16 tanks for 71 points. You can field 13 tanks by taking a 4th 3 tank unit in support, for 53 giving you 18 points to spend elsewhere. Alternatively, for reserve situations, you could spend the same points and get tank units of 8, 3,3 or 6,4,4. But well done for a first game
The British are a tough enemy Comrade, and always harsh on those just joining the front. I have no doubt you will succeed when you next meet the on the field of battle.
