The brave British force attacked the flank from a Soviet spearhead. at the beginn the British tanks pushed forward and the Soviets began with a lot of casualties to withdraw step by step. Also an ambush from 3 T-72 against a small tank platoon ended with a lot of luck good for the British tanks. But more and more the Soviet air force began to destroy one tank after the other and the the British force have to pay for the insufficient AA. Also an attack of a British infantry platoon was fought off by the Soviet defenders. All calls for air support were ignored by the RAF and so one platoon after the other prefer to fight another day… At the end when the Hind’s also killed the commander, the rest from the British force began to withdraw and the flanc from the Soviet speerhead was save…
Hi, welcome to the fight! The first thing I noticed was the fantastic paint job on those British, well done! Wow, was that Harrier reluctant! Unlucky on the result, but I’m sure the British high command would love to see you on the forums.
Thx @all for your Posts.
Why so far south… …a commander with lack of knowledge in map reading…?? that could be the reason why the RAF never reached the battlefield.
Good tables and toys deserve to be in the heat of the action. Consider coming north for your next battle. Don’t let the Bayern fool you. We have gutes Bier up here too!
Those are some great looking models. I’m concerned the BEF has showed up so far south, but it looks like the situation is under control.
Great models
Nice AAR
They came with the Marines and Anzacs, of course. Must have been a scenic train, boat and plane ride. Nice pictures and table and models oh my
Command would like to echo the sentiments of the other commanders, and also ask why you were That far south?
